Try using your Thai credit card na ka with the US address ah. The shipping address that you gonna ship to nun lae ka (use same billing address as shipping address). Sometimes the system allow it na ka. Victoria secret allows it la ka because my friend did that already. I think my friend already did that for Sephora and it works too la ka. So try na ka.

1. The tax is applied in the states that has physical sephora store. So in this case, Boston will have to pay tax. I shopped sephora.com all the time in NYC and I have to pay NY tax.

3. It depends on what you want to use it more. Naked pallette is more neutral color to smokey neutral while 15 Year Anniversary Eyeshadow Collection is more colorful ka.
4. I actually recommend sephora pro brush ka. As good as MAC one loi.
