tuesdae3เกริ่นก่อนนะคะ คือหนูเป็นนักเรียนแลกเปลี่ยนค่ะ ตอนนี้อยู่ที่ประเทศเดนมาร์ก แล้วทีนี้พอได้ข่าวว่าน้ำท่วมที่ไทย หนูกับเพื่อนๆก็เลยมีความคิดขึ้นมาว่า เราไปทำการแสดงไทยๆแล้วขอเงินบริจาคมาช่วยน้ำท่วมกันดีกว่า!!!
เตรียมการแสดงเสร็จสรรพ ทุกอย่างเพียบพร้อม มีปัญหาอยู่อย่างเดียวคือ... เราต้องเขียน notification เพื่อขออนุญาตใช้สถานที่ในเมืองให้คุณตำรวจค่ะ
ก็เลยมาขอความช่วยเหลือจากพี่ๆจีบันหน่อยค่ะ เพราะเคยเขียนกันแต่จดหมาย รูปแบบมันก็ไม่เหมือนกัน แต่ละคนนี่ไปกันไม่เป็นเลยทีเดียว *หัวเราะแหะๆ :P* ภาษาอังกฤษของแต่ละคนก็ไมได้ดีอะไรเลย

ข้อมูลหลักที่คุณตำรวจต้องการคือ
- purpose of meeting: to perform thai performance, for example, Thai dancing and sing Thai songs in purpose of asking for donations to help flooding crisis in Thailand, as well as เผยแพร่ Thai culture.
(จุดประสงค์ของเราคือมาทำการแสดงไทย เช่น รำไทย ร้องเพลงไทย เพื่อขอเงินบริจาคเพื่อนำไปช่วยอุทกภัยในประเทศไทย พร้อมทั้งเป็นการเผยแพร่วัฒนธรรมไทยไปในตัว)
- venue and routes: The meeting is supposed to take place on Åboulevarden in front of Magasin, Århus. On Saturday, November the 5th. 10.00 a.m. - 16.00 p.m.
-expected number of participants: Number of participants is 5. Participants are all exchange students from Thailand, and all with AFS organization. (คือจะบอกเขาว่าเราทุกคนมากับ AFS นะค่ะ)

The purpose of Thai classical dancing (Ram Thai) is performancing for Thai Flood contribution. For example. We will perform Thai classical dance with traditional songs and sing Thai traditional folk song for asking your kindness and we are trying to be the middle person to transfer your kindness (from grants your provide by buying tickets and donations) for the recent critical Thai flood victims. Also, it is a great oppourtunity for us to express Thai custom and traditions simutanously.

-Expected number of participants: We believe that Thai in any place in the world are Thais. So, I believe that we will gain participations and powers from 'us'. Even though now we are far away from Thailand. But we believe that you are concerning of the recent situation. We need at least 5 participants, especially exchange students from Thailand, and all with AFS organization.
