A good way to make your glitter stick to your lids is to apply a very creamy not necessarily thick eyeshadow or base. I actually used a creamy eyeshadow from a halloween palette as a base before applying my gold glitter. Glitter not only brings you attraction, but it also completely changes your look. I use glitter in all my make up almost all of the time. I don't even know why I love it so much. Its so pretty and I like the sparkle lol :)
