I used temporary tattoos from the leftover halloween sale for this look. Its rather easy and comfortable to wear, and its really easy to remove. You can definately apply make up over on top of the tattoo after its thoroughly dried on clean face. Becareful not to layer the tattoo over any creases or loose skin, as it will cause irritation and it will hinder the performance of the tattoo on your face. Actually they said on the package not to use it near eye area, but if you're careful I think it will be okay. But don't say that I told you to do it lol because I didn't.

The NYX glitter cream palette is not really a favorite of mine, but I used it for the sake of the stickiness it creates when it melts from the mild warmth on my eye lids. I like the smudgey blackish gray look after I layer the black eyeshadow over it.

@whiteangel and @kuPloyZa Thank you so much for your support ka :)) I really appreciate your comments :))) I am a pretty honest person and appreciate honest people :)) ....and as for why I didn't apply color before glitter to the first comment is because if I apply a powder form shadow first, the cream glitter would smudge it and it wouldn't look very even.  Therefore, to avoid an uneven shadowing, I applied the cream glitter first.  But you could do whatever you wanted, this is just one way of applying.  I could have done it a different way, but I chose this way.  Nevertheless, thank you for everyone who watched and commented :)) xoxo Nan
