Malysia 's duety free and out side ( KLCC) not difference, but sheaper more duety free Thailand .
Example:

2. Shu uemura purifyer (pink color) Thai duety free : 13++ Malay KLCC :  99RM ard 990 b
3. Perfume Malaysia and Duety free almost same price and some brand in Duety free is same also.
4. skin food liquid concealer Thai shop : 320 B Malay shop : 25 RM ard 250 B.

By my opinion i thought @ Malay quit cheap, because i living here.
