แต่งหน้า: Malibu Blue Makeup (in Thai)

I got this royal blue mineral shadow the other day and I wanted to create a look with it. I came up with this combination using champagne, royal blue, and a shimmer chocolate brown. It's a soft cut crease look that I think would be great for evening wear. I highly recommend using a primer, if not a cream base primer since mineral shadows tend to stay on richer.
