ส่วนตัวเราเน้นก่อนนอนค่ะ เพราะนอนไปตากแอร์เย็นๆ เดี๋ยวก็ซึม 55  ตอนนี้อายุ 20 ต้องป้องกันริ้วรอยไว้ก่อนอะนะ กลัวริ้วรอยมาเยือน แค่หน้าแห้งก็หน้าแก่เร็วกว่าเดิมอยู่แล้ว ^_^
