take a piece of plastic or if you really dont have then use tissue but if you use tissue then keep in mind that some blush will get stuck on it so it will be quite a waste. Then just spread the powder evenly throughout the container and spread the tissue on top of it and press as hard as you can. While keeping the tissue on top, you can put something heavy on top for a while to make sure that your blush has been pressed properly.
