i did ka .. my mom use rice cooker and put the herbs in .. let it boil for awhile then you put the rice cooker in ur bath tub .. cover urself and the rice cooker with a big blanket .. then you turn off the light .. stay in there for 20-30 mins .. for a week ..
you'll feel a lot better .. trust me ..
