I heard that we could trade the empty cases of Mac for new listicks. Is it true? If so, are there any conditions for this trade? Thank you very much

wah its only 3 over there? here in the US(well, the mac stores whrere i am), its gotta be 6 empties for a new one. it can be any blush, lipstick, shadow, etc.

Gotta be 3 empty cases of the same or different types of cosmetics? Like 3 empty eye-shadow cases together or 1 eye-shadow, 1 powder, 1 blush, 1 pigment...
