1. Doom doom bras (with extra sponge the will push you breast up*)
2. Eating birth-control pill to increase female hormones the size will slowly increase
3. Gaining a little weight can also help

i sugest you use silicon(IT QUITE HEAVY, BUT I SOFT AND WATERY) and fit it in the bra or even better buy a bra that have a something inside(DONT KNOW WHAT IT CALLED) it quite soft to touch..

I DONT THINK YOU NEED TO HAVE A SURGERY OR INJECT SOMETHING INSIDE YOURSELF... BE HAPPY WHAT YOU ARE.. BUT IF YOU NOT TO HAPPY I SUGEST THOSE TWO
